Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience in building materials, mining, or aggregates preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team activities and ensure safety standards are met.
• Communicate goals and performance expectations to team.
• Inspect for safety, housekeeping, and mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors on maintenance and production plans.
• Complete production, safety, and maintenance reports.
