Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Construction, Heavy Building Material, or Asphalt required.
• 2+ years of Asphalt focused experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site-wide adherence to OSHA and internal safety standards.
• Conduct daily safety walks and inspections.
• Lead the reporting and investigation of near-misses or incidents.
• Facilitate site-specific safety orientations for new hires.
• Assist in developing and updating Safe Operating Procedures.
