Zusammenfassung

Doodie Calls, a veteran-owned portable sanitation company, is seeking a Routing Coordinator to plan, optimize, and close daily routes from their St. Petersburg office.

On-site role with growth in Planning and Operations, serving multiple states through the company’s expanding network. You will build routes, handle same-day requests, and ensure the right driver and equipment are matched to each job while tracking metrics and collaborating with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in routing, dispatch or logistics, or a related college degree.
• Strong analytical skills with experience pulling and interpreting performance metrics.
• Knowledge of the geography in service areas, especially Florida and Georgia.
• ServiceCore or other routing software experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Aufgaben

• Build and optimize driver routes in ServiceCore for on-time, efficient service.
• Handle emergency and same-day requests, and adjust routes as needs change.
• Match the right driver, truck and equipment to each job.
• Learn site's and customer's needs so service goes smoothly.
• Pull and analyze route timing and efficiency metrics, and share them in weekly team meetings.
• Work with customer service to resolve complaints in real time.
• Close out each day's routing work by the end of the day, with nothing carried over.
