Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a dispatcher/scheduling professional to optimize daily and weekly route plans using routing software and work order data. You will coordinate with service personnel, review plans with supervisors, and generate daily summaries to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED plus 1–2 years dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Strong routing/scheduling software knowledge and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interpret business documents.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicate routes within territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with Service Planning Supervisor.
• Create summary reports daily and provide to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
