Doodie Calls is seeking a Routing Coordinator to build and fine-tune daily driver routes using ServiceCore, handle same-day and emergency requests, and collaborate with scheduling, dispatch, and customer service to keep routes on track.

You will learn our trucks, drivers and customer sites, using metrics to make routes faster and tighter each week, while ensuring on-time service and high-quality customer experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in routing, dispatch or logistics or a related college degree.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting performance metrics.
• Knowledge of the geography in our service areas, especially Florida and Georgia.
• ServiceCore or other routing software experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across departments.
• A positive attitude and a drive to grow with the company.
