Responsibilities

• Determine records to release by reviewing requests per HIPAA and retrieve data from multiple sources.
• Answer phone calls about ROI issues and assist walk-in customers with records requests.
• Log requests into ROI On-Line and record details accurately.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Scan records into ROI On-Line and ensure compliance with site policies.
• Handle cash payments where required and perform other duties as assigned.
