Responsibilities

• Review requests to determine records for release per HIPAA and obtain data from various sources.
• Answer phone calls regarding ROI issues.
• Assist walk-in customers and log information into ROI On-Line database.
• Process requests from physician offices and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Comply with site policies and regulations.
• Handle and record cash payments for requests where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
