Responsibilities

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requestor information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls concerning ROI issues and assist walk-ins when needed.
• Log requests and cash payments in ROI On-Line database; scan records as required.
• Provide timely responses to physician office requests and fax information when needed.
• Maintain compliance with site policies and regulations.
• Record and process ROI requests across client facilities nationwide.
