Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Elkton, MD. This on-site role leads the nursing team, oversees day-to-day resident care, and partners with the Director of Nursing on quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maryland RN license, SNF/ LTC leadership experience, and strong documentation and communication skills to ensure survey readiness and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Nursing experience in SNF or long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work on-site full time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing staff on shift, including coaching and coverage.
• Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans.
• Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families.
