Job summary

CMR Recruiting seeks an RN Nursing Supervisor for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Elkton, MD. This on-site, full-time role supervises the nursing team, oversees daily resident care, and partners with the Director of Nursing on clinical quality and survey readiness.

Qualified candidates hold an active Maryland RN license, with supervisory experience in long-term care preferred. Position includes competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. On-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work full time on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing staff on shift, including coaching and coverage.
• Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans.
• Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families.
