Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks an RN Unit Manager for a 156-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supervising the nursing team, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on care quality and survey readiness.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually with competitive benefits and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting, charge or supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work full time on site in the building.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing staff on the unit, including scheduling and coaching
• Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans on the unit
• Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families on the unit
