Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Carhartt brand as an ambassador and align actions with company values.
• Deliver the retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Create genuine connections by delivering engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences and tell the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure proper product display.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in performance and development processes with a focus on growth.
• Uphold safety and operational standards and adhere to company policies.
• Work with the team to meet or exceed store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Support community engagement events.
• Assist Store Leaders with ideas to grow brand awareness.
