Job summary

Momentous Concepts is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Manager based in Central Texas to oversee in-store hardware, POS systems, and applications across our locations. You will work directly with restaurant operators, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with our MSP and vendors.

You’ll travel regularly between New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Antonio locations, provide after-hours support during rollouts, and help ensure reliable, secure technology for operations and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting technology within restaurant, retail, hospitality, or a multi-location environment.
• Hands-on experience installing, deploying, and troubleshooting technology in an operating business.
• Administrative experience with a cloud-based restaurant POS; Toast experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property-level networking and ISP troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store technology including POS, printers, tablets, and KDS systems; troubleshoot and deploy when needed.
• Administer restaurant and retail applications such as Toast, Lightspeed, and Restaurant365.
• Manage user access, permissions, and documentation; provide first-line support.
• Review invoices and vendor contracts; help control technology costs and renewals.
• Lead tech planning for new openings and major events; coordinate go-live support.
