Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in residential property.
• Must be able to lift up to 110 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and upkeep with daily inspections.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Make ready units to market-ready condition; some painting may be required.
• Maintain laundry rooms according to company guidelines.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and chemical checks if applicable.
• Provide on-site customer service and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
