Job summary

Community Health Resources is seeking a Site Advisor to live on-site at Promise House in Manchester, CT, providing resident support, monitoring safety, and ensuring a clean, compliant environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver’s license, and de-escalation training; it includes part-time evening shifts and potential weekend coverage with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in human services preferred, experience with adolescent or young adult population preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; Non-violent Crisis Intervention certification via agency training.

Responsibilities

• Live on site at Promise House.
• Maintain evening office hours for 2 hours on weekdays, minimum 4 days.
• Maintain 2 hours on either Saturday or Sunday at a regular time.
• Assist tenants with leases and building policies.
• Monitor activity and report issues to the property manager.
• Mediate conflicts and contact emergency services when needed.
