• Strong verbal communication with clients, staff and administrators.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site supervision of residents to ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
• May assist with group facilitation and delivery of services as directed by supervisors.
• Immediately notifies program staff, DOC staff and law enforcement as required by policy.
• May assist with meal preparation and other duties as needed.
