Job summary

Mercy Housing in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with needed resources. You will identify barriers, create pathways to services, and foster partnerships to promote resident stability. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities include data collection, program evaluation, and coordinating with community organizations to support residents’ success. The position pays $21–$23/hour and offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in Mercy Housing database accurately and timely.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents to offer opportunities and guide them to appropriate services and resources.
• Participate in and/or lead activities within Mercy Housing and with partner agencies to build capacity and relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
