You will lead grounds, buildings, and staff, maintain safety, and ensure compliance with program policies while promoting recovery and community service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement, and a commitment to Do The Most

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid California Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement within 45 days.
• Integrity, resourcefulness, initiative and alignment with The Salvation Army ARC mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of grounds and buildings, schedule repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Supervise residence desk, canteen, laundry, and janitorial staff and provide needed training.
• Supervise beneficiaries and ensure safety, medication handling, and orderly conduct.
