Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC Pasadena is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee facility operations and supervise residence staff, ensuring a safe and orderly environment for residents. You will coordinate maintenance, supplies, and safety procedures while promoting program goals and donor relations.

Responsibilities include resident orientation, room assignments, supervision of activities, and compliance with program policies. On-site residence management is required with occasional event coordination.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to supervise beneficiaries as revealed by experience or training.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record; Class B with passenger endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, grounds and building maintenance, and supervise desk, canteen, laundry, and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate supplies, safety procedures, and special projects for the residence.
• Offer orientation to residents, assign rooms, monitor activities, and conduct routine checks.
• Supervise Breathalyzer and urine testing, maintain records, and ensure compliance with ARC policies.
