Qualifications

• Proficient in various mechanical systems for cost-effective solutions.
• Strong licenses and certificates required (S12, S13, S95, S99, EPA 608).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and staff.
• Prioritize tenant concerns and ensure timely maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and oversee vendor quotes and scheduling.
• Oversee compliance with audits, local laws, and safety standards.
• Assist in budget development and track variances for management reports.
