Responsibilities

• First point of contact with residents; address questions and resolve issues or refer to staff.
• Process service requests and assist with move-ins/outs and inspections.
• Support leasing activities and lease renewals per policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on housing laws, policies, and program guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate social events and manage resident communications; monitor surveys and respond promptly.
• Assist front desk, handle calls, mail, schedules, and document deposits and contracts.
• Support resident retention, report renewals weekly, and help meet renewal targets.
