Job summary

American Campus Communities seeks a Residence Life Coordinator in Irvine to support on-site operations, communications, and events that enhance the resident experience. You will collaborate with property leadership to implement processes and initiatives for a best-in-class living environment.

Reporting to the Resident Experience Manager, you will help recruit and develop student staff, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate resident communications while upholding company values and campus

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting communication, events, and office processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial resident contact and provide resources for a positive living environment.
• Stay informed on university resources and company initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve administrative processes for residents.
• Organize and evaluate resident events and programs with student staff as needed.
• Oversee lease policy enforcement and respond to resident concerns.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of student staff.
• Coordinate resident communications and distribute program updates.
