Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for residents, providing support and resources.
• Organize, host and evaluate resident events and programs.
• Assist with office administrative tasks and package management.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of Community/Resident Assistants.
• Coordinate resident communication and feedback and address concerns.
