Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Valid California driver's license and ability to travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Manages move-in and move-out processes and documents resident services accurately.
• Maintains common areas to company standards and identifies potential hazards.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing use of available technologies.
