Job summary

D Duke Energy seeks Renewables Technicians to support inverter-based resources at multiple site locations in the Carolinas, providing O&M and startup support for new sites. The role requires strong electrical/electronic skills, LOTO expertise, and the ability to travel regionally up to 50%.

Successful candidates will work with SCADA, inverters, battery systems, and HVAC knowledge to ensure reliable operation and safety at solar and BESS sites.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PV systems or PV training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational rounds and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate LOTO and safety procedures for site work.
• Travel to multiple sites for on-site support and commissioning.
• Document environmental, health and safety records and site procedures.
