Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking an Operations Specialist I to support the RPMC and on-shift activities for the 6 GW portfolio, including wind, solar and storage. This on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ requires 12.5-hour rotating shifts, strong SCADA experience, and a steady approach under pressure.

You will coordinate with Field Operations, respond to alarms, and assist with asset contracts, testing, and performance reporting to maximize availability and revenue.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Operations or a Solar and Wind Field Technician Role.
• Competent technical knowledge of plant and system processes and experience in operating electrical and SCADA systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts of 12.5 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time activities and maintain data integrity for operational events.
• Identify abnormal operating and alarm conditions and react accordingly.
• Coordinate with Field Operations teams for plant status verifications and downtime reporting.
• Support commissioning of projects and energy scheduling and power plant operations activities.
