Job summary

QE Solar is seeking a Control Center Supervisor for on-site operations in Scottsdale. The role oversees real-time remote operations of solar and BESS assets, with a 40+ hour work week and optional 12-hour shifts during shortages.

Supervisory duties include training, SOP development, and coordination with stakeholders to maintain performance and compliance. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree, SCADA/CMMS experience, and a background in energy/utility control centers, with willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree (STEM) preferred.
• Experience with SCADA systems and CMMS.
• Control center/energy utilities experience a plus.
• NERC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate PV and BESS systems via SCADA to maximize site production.
• Lead and train control center operators; support scheduling and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with NERC requirements and contract terms; assist audits.
