Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or field operations and maintenance.
• High school diploma minimally required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot turbine faults, failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support field operations and maintenance of wind turbines.
• Collect site data and generate reports on equipment failures.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Travel up to 50% to various Clearway sites.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on project development.
