Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an on-site Team Lead for relocation operations at our facility. You will supervise material handling, ensure precise chain-of-custody and sequencing, and maintain safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with NARA, overseeing 12-step verification, and ensuring accurate pull lists and deliveries. Strong leadership and integrity are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in large-scale records management, logistics, warehousing, or relocation programs.
• US citizenship required (NOFORN) and strict security/compliance awareness.
• Demonstrated integrity, mature judgment and independent decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• On-site operational leadership: direct all material handling activities (pulling, loading, staging, unloading, weighing, sorting).
• Chain-of-Custody & Audit Compliance: oversee 12-step verification, sign off pull lists, inspect with NARA.
• File Plan & Sequence Control: manage high-bay retrieval and ensure sequential pulling, staging, and reshelving.
• Safety & Equipment Oversight: ensure OSHA compliance; supervise handling of loads up to 50 lbs; coordinate forklift operations and safety measures.
• Client Liaison: daily communication with NARA Shipping Coordinator and on-site contacts; halt operations for discrepancies.
• Site Management & Cleanup: plan daily tasks and reassign to balance workloads.
