Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial lending experience required.
• 3+ years as a Relationship Manager or equivalent lending experience.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and write reports.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; networking ability.
• Travel may be required (10–20%).

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-sized portfolio with credit analysis and structuring.
• Call on new and existing clients to grow the pipeline of business.
• Prepare quality, moderately complex credit presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts and underwriters in credit requests.
• Participate in industry and community events to generate leads.
• Support marketing and brand initiatives.
