JP Management LLC is seeking an experienced Senior (Multi-Site) Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities across South Jersey, including Holmdel, Long Branch, and Toms River. The role requires hands-on leadership of site teams and a focus on occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction.

You will travel among locations, manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of property management experience with multi-site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, and financial management.
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and sites concurrently.
• Experience supervising and developing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Supervise on-site staff and provide coaching, training, and performance management.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for each property within the portfolio.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through leasing strategies and market analysis.
• Maintain accurate records for leases, inspections, maintenance, and compliance.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure cost-efficient service delivery.
