Job summary

j- is seeking a Regional Manager to supervise a portfolio of properties, including administration and maintenance of operations. The role emphasizes onsite staff oversight, budgeting, and regulatory reporting.

You will coordinate with Site Managers to implement marketing and leasing strategies, train staff for excellent service, and ensure compliance with policies while handling tenant issues and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years LIHTC property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar PMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties.
• Supervise on-site staff including hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Coordinate with Site Managers to develop marketing and leasing strategies.
• Train and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate daily with Site Managers.
• Handle tenant complaints and oversee inspections.
• Prepare budgets and transmit to senior management.
• Maintain property management folders and reporting for agencies and owners.
