• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Regional Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lee, NJ, overseeing a portfolio of residential, retail, and/or mixed-use properties in the NY/NJ metropolitan area. This role is responsible for daily property operations, including supervision of site staff, vendor coordination, lease administration, rent collections, and ensuring adherence to budgets and performance targets. The Regional Property Manager monitors property conditions, coordinates maintenance and capital improvements, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. This position regularly reviews financial reports, prepares ownership updates, and collaborates with leadership on strategies to maximize occupancy, resident and tenant satisfaction, and asset value. The role also involves building strong relationships with residents, tenants, local stakeholders, and service providers to support long-term portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Strong property and portfolio management skills, including budgeting, expense control, lease administration, and vendor oversight.
