Job summary

Momentum for Health in San Jose, CA is seeking a Regional Facilities Operations Manager to lead daily facilities operations on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and safety compliance while directing capital projects and space planning.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in facilities management, and supervisory experience. Healthcare environment experience is preferred, with benefits and a defined contribution plan included.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible facilities management experience.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities and capital improvement projects.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services environments preferred.
• CFM, FMP, OSHA certifications or related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of all agency facilities, buildings, grounds, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset life and minimize disruptions.
• Review, prioritize, assign, and monitor work orders through the agency's ticketing system.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment servicing.
• Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, relocations, and space reconfigurations.
• Develop space utilization and optimization plans to align with organizational needs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractor performance.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Manage vendor relationships, solicit bids, negotiate agreements, and monitor performance.
