Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to coach Clinical Recruiters and Recruiting Administrators, guiding throughput from engagement to onboarding and first shift placement. You’ll partner with branch operations to align staffing with client needs and growth goals.

The role demands proactive, organized leadership, strong communication, and accountability to support HALOS values and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, operations coordination, workforce coordination, account management, or another high-volume, relationship-based role.
• Prior team lead, coaching, supervisory, or people leadership experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments and managing multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting team execution by monitoring recruiting activity, candidate progression, staffing priorities, and overall team productivity.
• Coach recruiters on urgency, candidate communication, follow-through, clinician relationship-building, and staffing outcomes.
• Partner with branch teams regarding staffing priorities, urgent needs, schedule changes, clinician placement, and need-to-hire challenges.
