Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to guide and support a fast-paced recruiting group from engagement through onboarding and first shift placement. This on-site role partners with branch operations to ensure staffing for client needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in recruiting or related roles, prior leadership experience, and strong data-driven decision-making skills to maintain high-quality patient care and HALOS values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or similar high-volume role.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to coach and drive accountability.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support staffing goals.
• Experience reviewing metrics and using data for decisions.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting team execution and monitor activity and productivity.
• Support Clinical Recruiters and Administrators through onboarding and first shift placement.
• Coach recruiters on urgency, communication, and staffing outcomes.
• Partner with branch teams on staffing priorities and urgent needs.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in recruiting and onboarding.
