Scion Staffing in Dallas is seeking an HR & Recruiting Generalist to act as a hands-on resource for recruiting and day-to-day HR administration across a diverse workforce. You will manage candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, benefits support, and payroll collaboration to ensure smooth employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on HR administration or generalist experience.
• Recruiting lifecycle experience: screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring.
• Experience supporting salaried and hourly employees including payroll, onboarding and offboarding.
• Paycom experience preferred; operational environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting activities: screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with accurate documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for benefits, policies, payroll, timecards and HR questions.
• Support payroll, review timecards, and enter payroll data in Paycom.
• Partner with leaders to address HR needs and maintain consistent practices.
