Job summary

You will source candidates through multiple channels, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records. Requires 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, or sales; salary range $43,500–$52,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is nice to have.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, referrals, and events.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
