Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking an on-site Recruiter at our Edwardsville, IL distribution center. You will lead full life cycle recruitment for exempt leadership and support roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build a robust candidate pipeline.

You will manage onboarding coordination with site leadership, ensure ATS data integrity, and drive proactive sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience within a corporate environment.
• 2+ years experience with applicant tracking systems; ADP products preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruitment for exempt leadership and support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain delivery pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding with site leadership to ensure timely integration.
• Maintain ATS data, ensure compliance, and support hiring metrics.
