Job summary

The Center for Disability Services in Albany, NY, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This on-site role supports high-volume hiring by managing multiple openings while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team, schedule interviews, coordinate communications, assist with offers, and maintain accurate records in Workday.

Qualifications

• High school/GED is required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting coordination, or related field is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for multiple high-volume openings.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and assist with offers.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and assist with sourcing.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within Workday.
• Provide administrative support to HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

Education

High school / GED required

Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Admin / related field preferred
