Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required; experience with full-cycle recruiting in staffing is preferred. The 2nd shift runs 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with overtime as needed; location is Garland, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in staffing (light industrial preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Rate:

$18.00- $20.00 Hourly (DOE)

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMMust be able to work overtime.

Location:

Garland, TX

Key Responsibilities:
