XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter for our Wilmer, TX warehouse operation. The role requires sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews in English and Spanish, with a focus on high-volume staffing.

You will work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with potential shifts 1:00 PM–10:00 PM. This on-site position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $20+ per hour depending on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills.

• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.

** XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

** Pay Rate:** $20.00+/hour DOE

** Schedule:**

• ** Monday–Friday:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Must be flexible to work 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM as needed. Advance notice will be provided for any schedule adjustments.

** Location:** Wilmer, TX (On-site at a warehouse facility with office setting)

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptions
