Are you a high-volume recruiting pro who knows the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial landscape like the back of your hand—and ready to take the next step into leadership? We are looking for a powerhouse Hybrid Staffing Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for our warehouse operations through the peak holiday season, ending in late December 2026. This position offers a direct pathway to transition into an Onsite Manager across varying shifts as peak operational needs evolve.
This role features a hybrid setup (blending remote recruiting with on-site presence) to maintain a strong local market pulse, host hiring events, and seamlessly step onto the warehouse floor as on-site demand ramps up.
The Role You won't just be filling seats; you’ll be the engine driving our warehouse operations through our busiest time of the year.
- Phase 1 (Recruiting Focus): Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle—from initial sourcing and high-volume screening to onboarding warehouse talent across DFW.
- Phase 2 (Onsite Management Transition): Transition onto the warehouse floor as an Onsite Manager, overseeing associate check-ins, monitoring shift performance, handling client needs, and managing operations across varying shifts (including day, swing, night, or peak weekend coverage as required).
- Experience: 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing agency or light industrial/warehouse environment. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are a huge plus.
- Location: Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to accommodate hybrid schedules, site visits, and shift management.
- Shift & Peak Season Availability: Full commitment to work through the late-December season end, with the flexibility to cover varying shifts (day, evening, or weekends) as operations require.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a blended schedule of working from home alongside dynamic days on-site across DFW.
- Peak Season Leadership: Gain valuable, fast‑paced experience managing both full-cycle recruitment and live shift operations.
- Connected Culture: Collaborate closely with supportive regional leadership through team events and shared operational goals.
