Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Records Puller/Scanning Clerk for an on-site assignment in Browns Summit, NC 27214. This contract position runs for 2 months with a possible extension to year-end, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, at $19 per hour.

You will locate physical records, organize materials for scanning, capture documents into the system, verify clarity and correct account matching, and keep files organized as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role focusing on locating physical records and scanning.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.
• Comfortable with repetitive, routine processes.
• Able to stand and handle files/boxes.
• No collections, accounting, or customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pull requested physical records.
• Organize and prepare documents for scanning.
• Scan and upload documents into the system.
• Verify documents are clear and matched to the appropriate account.
• Track completed requests and re-file records.
• Keep files and records organized throughout the project.
