SourcePro Search, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a hands-on Trade Support & Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Trading Operations Team. The role is on-site five days a week to support real-time trading services, assist traders, and ensure robust problem resolution and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

You will test client interfaces and trading system functionality, develop automated test scenarios, and collaborate with trading desks and vendor staff to optimize performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
• Excel proficiency required.
• JIRA knowledge recommended.
• Experience testing trade systems preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time trading support to on-floor members.
• Handle local networking and desktop support requests.
• Coordinate with firm technologists and external vendors.
• Interact with trading desks to deliver operational support.
• Ensure software issues follow defect remediation process.
• Develop and perform application certification with external clients.
• Participate in Exchange QA program and test scenario development.
• Review business requirements to develop test cases.
• Participate in full-lifecycle development and problem troubleshooting.
