Job summary

QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Real-Time Laboratory Technician as part of the Laboratory & Compliance Management team. This full-time role supports the operation and regulatory compliance of our TLM office and labs, monitoring alarms and maintaining lab equipment and inventory.

You will collaborate with support teams, provide input on future lab needs, and help keep the facilities safe, clean and compliant as we support drug development programs. This position is office/facility based.

Qualifications

• University/College Degree in relevant Scientific discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in CRO, Clinical Research, or other relevant field.
• Experience in a Regulated industry laboratory preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor environmental and equipment alarms and address issues.
• Keep laboratories and devices clean, operational and presentable.
• Interact with support teams to address maintenance and qualification needs.
• Provide input to management on future lab needs.
• Maintain inventory of reagents and consumables.
• Review lab logbooks for accuracy and report issues.
• Monitor the LCM docket for real-time facility requests.
• Address prioritized facility tasks to maintain expansion and maintenance.

Education

University/College Degree in relevant Scientific discipline

Experience in CRO, Clinical Research, or other relevant field

Experience in a Regulated industry laboratory preferred
