Job summary

Qnity in Delaware is seeking a Lab Technician for the CMPT Operations Lab Day shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.). You will collect samples, perform chemical and physical analyses, calibrate QC metrology, and record data per SOPs while maintaining safety and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork, and experience with MS Word/Excel; knowledge of SAP/Access is a plus. Travel between campus labs and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prioritize routine testing independently and in teams.
• Strong attention to detail to prevent errors and rework.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel; Access and SAP knowledge a plus.
• Clear communication and good organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze samples according to procedures.
• Perform chemical/physical analyses using standard methods.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain QC metrology equipment.
• Record data, organize results, and compute using SOPs.
• Verify products meet specs and release materials for manufacturing.
• Engage in SPC analysis for raw materials and tests.
• Maintain lab inventory and safety practices; travel between labs.
