Job summary

QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Real-Time Laboratory Technician to support the Laboratory & Compliance Management (LCM) unit. The role involves monitoring environmental and equipment alarms, keeping laboratory devices clean and functional, and coordinating with support teams for maintenance and qualification needs.

This 100% on-site position requires a combination of relevant education and experience in a regulated laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated laboratory setting is preferred.
• Ability to read scientific literature provided by clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor environmental and equipment alarms.
• Maintain and upkeep laboratory equipment (freezers, BSC hoods, water baths, balances).
• Interact with support teams to address maintenance and qualification needs.
• Provide input on future lab function needs.
• Maintain inventory of reagents and consumables.
• Review lab logbooks and report issues to Lab Floor Supervisor.
