QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware, is seeking a hands-on engineer to support LC‑MS/MS and related bioanalytical instrumentation. You will troubleshoot, maintain, calibrate, and validate systems, install new equipment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a state-of-the-art lab environment.

The role emphasizes problem solving, instrument performance verification, and contributing to high‑quality clinical research and drug development efforts.

Formación

• BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics, instrumentation, or integrated systems.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with analytical or biomedical equipment.
• Preferred: exposure to chromatography systems (HPLC/UHPLC), detectors or signal processing, and mass spectrometry experience; knowledge of analytical chemistry or biochemistry.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair LC‑MS/MS systems and associated bioanalytical instrumentation
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance qualification on LC‑MS/MS systems, UHPLC systems, LC‑UV/FLD and related analytical equipment
• Support equipment validation and system performance verification
• Install and configure new instrumentation
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Work with cross‑functional scientific teams
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and high‑performing laboratory environment
