Job summary

Lake City Servicing in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Associate to support onboarding, lender/borrower communication, insurance and tax tracking, and loan documentation across the life of real estate-backed loans.

You will work with lenders, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, complete documentation, and timely resolution of outstanding items in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in loan servicing, lending, banking, or related admin field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, service-oriented approach with lenders and borrowers.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; comfortable with CRM and document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new loans: gather documents, set up accounts, and verify information.
• Communicate with lenders and borrowers; maintain positive relationships.
• Track insurance coverage and obtain updated documents as needed.
• Monitor property taxes and resolve discrepancies or delinquencies.
• Support loan documentation, reconciliations, and releases; keep accurate records.
